The Project

The Northyards is located at 39666 Government Road near Squamish's business and industrial area. The development includes 40 residential units along with commercial space.

Raven's scope covered roofing, waterproofing and metal cladding—three systems that meet repeatedly at roofs, terraces, walls, entrances and penetrations.
