Amaji combines 66 residential units with ground-floor commercial units, second-floor office space and resident amenities. Its dense downtown form creates multiple roof, wall, penetration and terrace interfaces.
Our combined scope coordinated related exterior-envelope systems across the building rather than treating each membrane and cladding area in isolation.
Roofing Delivery
Our scope included roofing, waterproofing and metal cladding across a building with multiple roof levels, penetrations and curved architectural roof-edge features.
Delivering these related scopes together helped us coordinate roof-to-wall transitions, flashings and waterproofing interfaces throughout the building envelope.

On a six-storey mixed-use building, roof membranes, balcony or terrace waterproofing, wall cladding, flashings and penetrations must direct water outward without weak points where separate assemblies meet.
